Outdoor Fun in Dahilayan Adventure Park

I have been hearing a lot of raves about Dahilayan Adventure Park and last weekend I finally got the chance to visit the place.

Dahilayan Adventure Park is fast becoming Bukidnon's most famous tourist destination.  It not only boasts of Asia's longest dual zipline at 840 meters, it also offers other outdoor adventure activities like ATV, zorbing, ropes course, wall climbing and horseback riding.

Dahilayan Adventure Park is located in Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Here's the map on how to get there if you're coming from Cagayan de Oro City:

If you are coming from Davao City, there is also a road from Manolo Fortich going to Dahilayan. You can stop at the Poblacion proper and ask directions from the local residents.
From the highway of Manolo Fortich, we passed by the vast Del Monte pineapple plantation and some barangays before reaching Dahilayan after about an hour. The park is nestled amidst the breathtaking view of mountains, pine trees and lush greenery blanketed by the cool and foggy weather.

We reached Dahilayan Adventure Park at about 8:30 am and immediately proceeded to the flight center to pay for our rides. The rides start at 9 am but it is better to arrive here earlier. Since the park closes at 3 pm, some people who arrived at noon or much later could not be accommodated anymore.

Our group is fortunate to be number 4 in the list because after a while, more and more people started to arrive. We paid for the all ride package of Php600.00 so that we can ride the 320 meter plus 150 meter ziplines  and, of course, Asia's longest dual zipline of 840 meters.
Since it was still early, we went to the Cowboys Grill for our breakfast.

 The Cowboys Grill restaurant.

I ordered their longanisa meal while my companions have bacon. Breakfast set is Php150.00 each. After eating I took more photos of the wonderful Dahilayan Adventure Park scenery:

At the back of Cowboys Grill are these nice cottages for overnight accommodations:

Beside the Cowboys Grill is the Saddle Ridge Camp. It is an ideal picnic place with its pine trees, cottages, tables, chairs and hammocks:

  1. I bet your travel was fun. You got good shots. I wish I could go to Bukidnon too. The place I had visited already was Cagayan de Oro only. I love the place. I hope I could go back there soon and will direct to Bukidnon. I think that would be more fun.

    1. There's a Zipzone shuttle in Coffeworks, Divisoria Cagayan de Oro every Saturday only at 8:00-8:30 am. First come, first serve basis for walk-in guests. Contact Dahilayan Zipzon at 09228801319 for details and reservation. If you're riding the Davao-Cagayan de Oro bus, there's a terminal in Market City/Agora for vans bound for Camp Philips, Bukidnon. Once you reach Camp Philips, look for a habal-habal motorcycle that can take you to Dahilayan.
