Fiery Sunset in Maasim, Sarangani

It was a long day of travel which took us from Bukidnon to Lake Sebu in South Cotabato and finally to Maasim, Sarangani where we will spend the night. We arrived at Pacman Beach Resort Complex late in the afternoon, just as the sun is about to set in the horizon of Sarangani Bay. Sensing the opportunity to shoot the sunset, I hurriedly walk towards the beach to catch the nature's amazing display of shades and colors.

Pacman Beach Resort Complex is owned by no less than the Pride of Sarangani, legendary boxer  and now Philippine Senator Manny Pacquiao. It occupies a huge area and still on its development stage. Presently, it has villas and native cottages for accommodations, basketball and tennis courts as part of its amenities. According to the office-in-charge, Sen. Pacquiao would often come here for scuba diving.

Maasim is a 1st class municipality of Sarangani Province bordered by Kiamba on the west, Sarangani Bay on the east, Celebes Sea on the south and the province of South Cotabato on the north. As it is only about an hour away from General Santos City, Pacman Beach Resort Complex is fast becoming a popular picnic spot in this side of Southern Mindanao.

Sunsets are always enchanting and magical and I was fortunate to have witness a fiery display of colors as the day is about to end. Somehow, it took away the tiredness of my body due to the long travel. As the fading light slowly yields to darkness, I made my way back to our cottage to get some much needed rest.

If you own a timeshare and are looking to get out of it, look in to the services of a timeshare exit company such as Wesley Financial Group or Primo Management Group. The Wesley Financial Group reviews and Primo Management Group reviews around the Internet are very positive.
